Chris Allison, managing director of Auditel, says:

Auditel also reports a rise in interest from aspiring franchisees.
Among the last intake (pictured) were senior management professionals from many different backgrounds.
They spoke favourably about the recruitment process and training course.
“I do not recall experiencing a recruitment ‘process’. My experience was a two-way, open exploration of the business opportunity.
“The values, principles and culture of the organisation were strongly evident. I felt confident the decision was mine and it was the right path for me.”
Of the training, she added:
“The course was well planned, detailed, interactive and developed open, friendly team building. I feel it gave me all the mental, physical and emotional tools to equip me for my adventure.”
Chris Allison confirms that there are still openings for more franchisees in the network and looks forward to welcoming new faces in 2009.
