Dating Franchise Appoints Bupa Consultant to Help Franchisees

New franchisees of a leading dating franchise are to be supported by a former BUPA consultant.

Karen Richardson has been appointed operations director of When the Music Stops, a dating events website, with a brief to support and advise franchisees in their first six months.

Richardson, 34, joins the company from BUPA, where she was a consultant. Before that she worked in a supply chain management role in Morocco.

Mike Parker, MD of When the Music Stops dating franchise, says:

Significant earnings

Explaining the nature of her role, Parker continues:

“Karen has the brief to develop a model franchise area and to add to our already impressive online support manual, as well as provide hands-on support to new appointments as they make the transition from being employed to working in a truly entrepreneurial environment.
