Becoming a 247 Professional Health franchisee can provide a minimum salary of £60k.

The healthcare franchise is care quality commission (CQC) registered, accredited as an Investor In People, and is a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and the UK Home Care Association.

The franchise pilot enjoyed a first-year turnover of £400k after £60k salaries were paid to the owners. The management fee is 5% of turnover.

Franchise training comprises of CQC-accredited social care staffing, nursing, tenders acquisition and domiciliary care. Franchisees start with social care (residential and elderly supervised) and at the same time are trained to be CQC-compliant.
