Florida-based Kitchen Tune-Up franchisee, Gary Stoltz has won the company's prestigious Project of the Year award.
Stoltz collected the honor at Kitchen Tune-Up's annual convention in Las Vegas January. In addition to the award and system recognition, Stoltz will also receive an all expense paid cruise.
Kitchen Tune-Up is a home improvement franchise which has created proprietary surface reconditioning technology for updating kitchens and baths.
To qualify for this award, a franchise must have won a Project of the Month award in the previous year. The twelve potential project winners are then voted on by the full franchise system, consisting of over 300 locations.
Kitchen Tune-Up founder and president, Dave Haglund, said “Our franchise owners have the opportunity to choose the “best” kitchen make-over project of the year and this year Gary Stoltz won by a landslide.
“His project was a reface job which used a beautiful RTF (Rigid Thermal Foil) door. RTF is a durable, easy maintenance product that has the appearance of real wood. Even the door vendors did not know if the project was done in wood or RTF.”
Factors looked at in judging include how impressive or drastic a change was achieved, what unique features were used and the overall satisfaction of the client.
Stoltz has been tuning up kitchens and baths for clients since 2001 as a Kitchen Tune-Up franchisee with operations in Dania Beach, FL.
