Graeme, who graduated from Strathclyde University's business school, started G8 Marketing before being headhunted by one of Scotland’s leading advertising agencies to assist with the set-up and development of a brand new online department.
He was instrumental in setting up the department from the ground up, contributing more than 30% of the organisation's turnover within the first year. Missing being his own boss he left to start Organic Digital.
